Privacy & Booking Terms
Your information
When you reserve a seat or submit an interest form, we collect your name and email so we can send your invitation and dinner details. We don't sell your information, and we only email you about Island Ember Dinners. Email and Instagram are the best ways to reach us to update or remove your details.
Booking terms
Seats are limited and confirmed via email. Dinner locations are shared with confirmed guests shortly before each evening. If you can no longer attend, let us know as early as possible so we can offer your seat to someone else.
Photos
We take photos at dinners to remember the evening and to share the makers' work. If you'd prefer not to be photographed, just tell a member of the dinner team when you arrive — no questions asked.
